5. Number of hours of sleep each night x 7 = 

6. Number of personal grooming hours per day x 7 = 

7. Number of hours for meals (including prep time) per day x 7 = 

8. Number of hours per day for chores, errands x 7 = 

9. Total travel time on weekdays x 5 = 

10. Total travel time for weekends x 2 = 

    Now ADD up the TOTAL:

SUBTRACT the TOTAL from the total number of hours in a week:
